Eligibility Criteria
Education & Experience:
- PhD/Post Doc in Organic Chemistry or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a CRO (Contract Research Organization) or pharmaceutical R&D.
- Mandatory: Proven experience in client engagement and team leadership.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Organic Synthetic Chemistry, multistep synthesis, and analytical techniques (NMR, HPLC, LC-MS).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and familiarity with GMP/GLP guidelines.
