🔍 Senior Manager – Quality Assurance (QA)
Role Overview
The Senior Manager–Quality Assurance will lead all QA operations, ensuring Neo India Lifeline’s products meet global regulatory and compliance standards. This role is central to strengthening the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and upgrade the Quality Management System (QMS) for regulatory & corporate compliance.
- Oversee QA processes such as documentation control, deviations, CAPA, and change management.
- Supervise QA activities across manufacturing, packaging & analytical operations ensuring cGMP adherence.
- Plan and coordinate internal audits; ensure readiness for regulatory inspections.
- Review, negotiate, and execute Quality Technical Agreements (QTAs) with CMOs & vendors.
- Oversee supplier qualification, supplier audits, and quality risk assessments.
- Approve & monitor SOPs, product documentation, and global specifications.
- Ensure compliance of labels, artwork, and product lifecycle documentation.
- Present QA performance metrics and risk mitigation plans to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Life Sciences degree.
- 8–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance.
- Strong knowledge of global regulatory guidelines.
- Experience in QA agreements, QTAs, and CMO oversight.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
📌 Project Manager – Pharmaceutical Operations
About the Role
The Project Manager will lead key pharma business initiatives with a focus on timely execution, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination across internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, clients & consultants.
- Build and maintain project documents, trackers, and dashboards.
- Conduct periodic project reviews, monitor progress & drive corrective actions.
- Identify risks and build mitigation strategies.
- Support strategic planning, budgeting & performance tracking.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through reports & presentations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all project operations.

Qualifications
