Key Responsibilities – Senior Clinical Data Manager
Clinical Data Review
- Review clinical trial protocols and study-specific data review documents
- Contribute to Protocol Data Review Plans and Data Quality Management Plans
- Perform detailed review of clinical data listings and prioritize critical data
- Manage and resolve data discrepancies and queries
- Execute data cleaning activities and manage CRF freezing and locking
- Coordinate with the Data Management Lead to meet study deliverables
External Data Management
- Track external data loads and resolve discrepancies
- Review complex external datasets including:
- SAE data
- Biomarker data
- Blinded Independent Committee Review data
- Liaise with external data vendors for issue resolution
Documentation & Compliance
- File essential documents in eTMF as per the eTMF Master Plan
- Ensure compliance with FDA, ICH, and industry data management standards
Training & Mentorship
- Train and mentor junior Clinical Data Management (CDM) team members
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of experience in clinical data review activities
- Strong understanding of the clinical drug development process
- Hands-on experience with EDC systems (Medidata RAVE preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional clinical teams
- Willingness to travel 5–10% for investigator meetings, audits, or inspections

Salary Information (Estimated)
- ₹18,00,000 – ₹28,00,000 per annum (CTC)
