Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Clinical Data Coordinator at Sanofi, you will:
- Ensure data quality by conducting data validation, review, and cleaning within study timelines.
- Monitor data cleaning progress and generate status reports for study teams.
- Contribute to authoring Data Management Plans, Centralized Monitoring Plans, and UAT Plans.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for databases, listings, patient profiles, and safety tools.
- Conduct centralized monitoring and escalate risks as per study requirements.
- Mentor new Clinical Data Coordinators and support the Study Data Manager as a backup.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance data quality and streamline operations.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields.
- Experience: Proven experience in Clinical Data Management.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines for clinical trials and data quality.
- Familiarity with database technologies and ability to adapt to new tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication (written & verbal in English).
- Team player with collaboration skills.
