Key Responsibilities

The Senior Associate (BDS) will be responsible for a range of clinical data standardization and annotation activities:

• Map clinical, laboratory, pharmacological, and medical terms to global standards such as SNOMED CT, ICD-10, and other terminology systems.
• Perform data annotation, including text labeling, categorization, and data classification.
• Conduct image annotation for medical datasets as part of AI/ML training workflows.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all mapped and annotated data.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and quality benchmarks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) – mandatory.
• Strong understanding of medical terminologies, anatomy, pathology, and clinical workflows.
• Experience in medical terminology mapping, data annotation, or clinical coding preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with structured datasets.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
