🛠️ Roles & Responsibilities
As part of the QA team, you will be responsible for maintaining compliance and ensuring product quality across manufacturing processes.
- Ensure adherence to cGMP guidelines during manufacturing and packaging
- Review and approve BMRs, BPRs, SOPs, and other quality documents
- Perform line clearance and assist in batch release activities
- Handle deviations, OOS (Out of Specification), CAPA, and change control processes
- Participate in internal audits and support regulatory inspections
- Assist in validation, qualification, and training programs
🎓 Required Qualifications
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc in relevant discipline
- 3 to 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance (Formulation)
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, documentation practices, audits, and compliance
