This is a golden opportunity to join a USFDA, EU-GMP & WHO-approved API manufacturing facility in Ramlingampally, Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate API production equipment (reactors, centrifuges, dryers, etc.) as per batch manufacturing records
- Perform in-process sampling, testing, and documentation (BMR/BPR)
- Conduct chemical analysis using HPLC, GC, UV, IR, and wet chemistry methods (QC)
- Execute microbial limit tests, BET, sterility, environmental monitoring & water analysis (QC Microbiology)
- Ensure strict adherence to cGMP, safety, and data integrity
- Handle deviations, investigations, CAPA, and change controls
- Coordinate with QA, production, and engineering teams
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry
- B.Tech Chemical Engineering / Chemistry
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in API / Bulk Drug manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, GLP, 21 CFR, and ICH guidelines
- Immediate joiners highly preferred
- Candidates with exposure to regulated markets (USFDA/MHRA) will be given preference
