Scientist RMC Analytical – Mumbai | Kenvue

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate raw material analytical qualification projects to ensure timely support to internal stakeholders.
• Perform analytical stability testing for qualification projects in Cosmetic and OTC products.
• Maintain and calibrate in-house analytical instruments.
• Collaborate with external partners to ensure compliance with Kenvue standards.
• Analyze, interpret data, and make technical decisions to support projects.
• Draft and review technical documents, including qualification reports, stability reports, method transfers, and technical justifications.
• Support investigations on out-of-specification (OOS) results for raw materials.
• Train and assess third-party resources for analytical tasks.
• Ensure adherence to EOHS & Quality standards in the laboratory.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Master’s in Analytical/Organic Chemistry or BPharm/MPharm from a reputed university.
• Experience: 2-5 years in FMCG/Pharma sectors.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, SOPs, quality systems, and global/country-specific regulatory requirements.
• Expertise in analytical chemistry principles, raw material testing, and data interpretation.
• Experience in GxP environments is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
