Role & Responsibilities
Role Overview
As part of the Antibody Team, you will focus on antibody development with an emphasis on performance and specificity, employing cutting-edge methods and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute meticulously planned experiments to meet program objectives.
- Maintain precise records of results in data sheets and lab notebooks.
- Stay informed about developments in the field of antibody research through literature reviews.
- Compile and present data in written reports and oral presentations; actively participate in team discussions.
- Adhere to schedules and pay attention to detail throughout projects.
Candidate Requirements
Education & Experience
- Master’s degree with 0-3 years of experience or a recently completed PhD (submitted within the last year) in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Biotechnology, or Biochemistry.
Skills & Experience
- Core Skills
- Proficiency in molecular biology techniques: PCR, cloning, DNA/RNA extraction and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) platforms, library preparation, and sequencing pipelines.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R (preferred).
- Proficiency in antibody sequencing and immunoassays like ELISA, Western Blotting, and Immunocytochemistry is highly recommended.
- Additional Skills
- Practical exposure to antibody development platforms (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office tools and statistical analysis software like Prism.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for collaboration and reporting.
