Key Responsibilities

• Perform aseptic culture, expansion, and maintenance of mammalian cancer cell lines and primary cells.
• Conduct transfection and maintenance of antibiotic-free suspension cell lines such as Expi293 and ExpiCHO for protein expression.
• Accurately cryopreserve cell lines and maintain comprehensive documentation in electronic notebooks/data sheets.
• Monitor cell health daily and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance.
• Plan experiments, execute cell culture workflows, and contribute to scientific/technical writing.
• Support antibody development projects to enhance workflow performance and customer outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• M.Sc in Cell Biology / Biotechnology / Genetics / Life Sciences with 0–3 years of relevant research or industry experience.
• Solid foundational knowledge of cell biology, protein biology, and molecular biology.
• Hands-on expertise with Expi293 and ExpiCHO suspension cell lines.
• Experience in performing transfection for protein expression.
• Knowledge of GLP/GMP, EHS certifications, and good laboratory practices is preferred.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with GraphPad Prism or similar statistical tools.
• Publications in peer-reviewed journals are an added advantage.
