🔬 Key Responsibilities
- Perform cloning-related activities using various molecular biology techniques.
- Develop mammalian cell lines for biosimilars including monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), bispecifics, fusion proteins, and ADCs.
- Conduct large-scale transient transfections for protein expression studies.
- Manage vendor coordination for lab supplies and consumables.
- Maintain inventory control for reagents and laboratory materials.
- Plan and execute experimental designs, analyze data, and report scientific findings effectively.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- Education: B.Tech/M.Sc/M.Tech in Biotechnology, Genetics, or Microbiology.
- Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in mammalian cell line development in a biopharma, biotech, or contract research lab.
- Strong knowledge of cloning techniques, transfection methods, and cell culture optimization.
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret scientific data.
