Key Responsibilities
Chemical Synthesis & Process Development
- Synthesize and purify assigned molecules with precision.
- Develop and optimize chemical processes for efficiency and yield.
- Execute experiments as per GMP guidelines.
- Support validation of processes at pilot and large-scale manufacturing.
- Facilitate tech transfer activities with cross-functional teams.
- Innovate to improve process efficiency and safety.
LDR & DMF Filing
- Prepare Lab Developmental Reports (LDR).
- Maintain accurate Lab Notebooks, SOPs, and all lab documentation.
Scale-Up
- Assist in pilot plant and large-scale process validations.
- Ensure smooth scale-up of lab-developed processes.
Analysis
- Interpret analytical reports including NMR, Mass Spectrum, IR, HPLC, GC.
- Coordinate with ADL to process samples for analysis.
Audit Reports Compliance
- Verify half-yearly and annual audit reports.
- Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and project requirements.
Research & Development
- Conduct literature reviews for project feasibility and safety assessment.
- Prepare detailed research reports for process and product development.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2-8 years in API Synthesis.
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, MSc in Chemistry or related fields.
- Other Requirements: Ready to work in 3 shifts; strong analytical and documentation skills; familiarity with GMP and process validation.
