Job Description
Novartis is seeking a Senior Scientific Writer I to join its team in Hyderabad. The role involves writing, editing, and managing high-quality medical and scientific communications, including:
- Manuscripts, literature reviews, abstracts, posters, and slide sets
- Documents for regulatory submissions, clinical teams, and publications
- Ensuring compliance with journal guidelines (e.g., CONSORT) and Novartis standards
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Prepare and QC scientific documents (manuscripts, posters, abstracts) from clinical study reports, protocols, etc.
✔ Manage up to two team projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
✔ Maintain audit, SOP, and training compliance.
✔ Collaborate with internal and external authors to ensure publication accuracy and authorship alignment.
✔ Adhere to Novartis values and ethical standards.
Minimum Requirements:
- B.Sc. + 6 years of Clinical Research (CR) experience
- M.Sc./M.Pharm + 4 years of CR experience
- Preferred: PhD/MBBS/MD with 2+ years of CR experience
