Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Update, edit, and develop scientifically accurate content for medico-marketing assets (newsletters, RTEs, social media posts, websites, brochures, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with Important Safety Information (ISI), Prescribing Information (PI), and MLR (Medical-Legal-Regulatory) guidelines.
- Support 2-5 brands simultaneously, implementing FDA-mandated label updates within strict deadlines.
- Collaborate with Scientific Reviewers, Brand Content Owners, and Project Managers to align content with regulatory standards.
- Follow project management best practices, including SOPs, tracking updates, and using project management tools.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation, and AI initiatives within the team.
Essential Requirements:
- Education: M.Sc. / M.Pharm / Ph.D. in Medical Sciences or related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in Medical Communications, Medico-Marketing, or Project Management (Pharma/CRO/Consulting).
- Preferred: 1+ year in MLR/US FDA-regulated environment.
- Skills: Strong scientific writing, attention to detail, stakeholder management, and adherence to compliance guidelines.
