🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Collect API product details from suppliers (CAS numbers, specifications, CoA, GMP, DMF, Purity Grades).
- Verify, clean, and organize data in Excel, Google Sheets, and internal databases.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Market Research teams to maintain supplier communication records.
- Conduct regular data audits for accuracy and consistency.
- Support supplier onboarding by gathering missing product or certification data.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences.
- 0–1 year experience in data entry, data curation, or pharma research (freshers welcome).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Basic understanding of APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) and pharma certifications (CoA, GMP, DMF) preferred.
