Responsibilities in Job
The Scientific and Clinical Affairs role at Zydus Wellness involves overseeing research and development efforts, particularly in personal care and food care. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and supervising clinical and in vitro studies related to product claims.
- Developing, reviewing, and ensuring the timely completion of research protocols and Clinical Study Reports (CSRs).
- Collaborating with Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and research partners for effective project execution.
- Conducting site visits and project follow-ups to ensure smooth research operations.
- Assisting the formulation team with new product development and innovation strategies.
- Drafting scientific claims, research documentation, and literature to support product claims.
- Publishing research articles and providing scientific content to reinforce business credibility.
- Working closely with the regulatory team on dossier documentation and compliance requirements.
Qualification
To be eligible for this position, candidates must have:
- An advanced degree in a scientific discipline (PhD, MSc, or equivalent).
- Extensive experience in scientific research and clinical studies within the personal care and food care industries.
