Job Overview
SAVA Healthcare is hiring an Executive – Corporate Quality Assurance (CQA) for its corporate office in Pune. This role is ideal for professionals with 2 to 4 years of experience in quality assurance, especially in artwork approval and regulatory compliance.
The candidate will be responsible for managing artwork processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating across departments for both in-house and third-party manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Artwork Preparation & Approval (In-house)
- Review and compile Artwork Information Form (AWIF)
- Coordinate with Medical teams for leaflet requirements
- Perform initial and final artwork reviews
- Obtain approvals from Marketing, Medical, DRA, Plant, and PMT teams
- Follow up for foreign language artwork approvals
- Coordinate with purchase for printer PDF approvals
Third-Party Manufacturing Artwork Management
- Compile and review AWIF for third-party products
- Coordinate with Contract Manufacturing Division (CMD)
- Manage artwork approvals across multiple departments
- Handle customer approvals for export artworks
- Maintain artwork status and shade card approvals
Batch Release Activities
- Conduct pre-dispatch inspections
- Perform visual inspection of samples
- Review COA (Certificate of Analysis) and FP reports
- Coordinate with TPM for discrepancies
- Maintain documentation and compliance records
Market Complaint Handling
- Record and track complaints from marketing teams
- Coordinate with manufacturing units for investigation
- Review and compile investigation reports for closure
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
- Experience in artwork approval processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation abilities
