This position plays a critical role in ensuring patient safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality medical information delivery for Sanofiโs portfolio across diabetes, immunology, transplant, and specialty care.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle adverse event case processing in compliance with local regulations and Sanofi quality documents
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of pharmacovigilance and medical information procedures
- Support the Country Safety Head in local safety surveillance and risk management activities
- Manage product alerts, safety communications, and market research programs
- Respond to medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and stakeholders
- Ensure timely reporting to Health Authorities and internal safety teams
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal PV/MI stakeholders
- Actively contribute to North Europe Cluster PV and MI projects
Required Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualification
- Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or an equivalent discipline
Experience
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in pharmacovigilance, drug safety, or medical information
Core Competencies
- Strong attention to accuracy, compliance, and documentation quality
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, global team environment
Technical & Language Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and safety databases
- Fluency in English and Norwegian (written and spoken)
