Sanofi, a global leader in healthcare, is seeking a Statistical Programmer to join its team in Hyderabad. This role is critical in supporting Medical Affairs biostatisticians and ensuring high-quality statistical outputs for clinical trial data, publications, and regulatory submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Statistical Analysis & Programming:
- Develop, implement, and document SAS macros and advanced programming techniques.
- Conduct post-hoc statistical analyses of clinical trial data.
- Generate QC’d data packages, including tables, figures, and listings (TFLs) for publications.
✔ Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with Global Medical Affairs biostatisticians and Scientific Communications teams.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, timelines, and quality standards.

- Utilize CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM) for clinical data.
- Manage multiple projects with conflicting deadlines efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills
✅ Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Life Sciences, or related field.
✅ Experience:
- 0-2 years (Master’s) / 3-6 years (Bachelor’s) in SAS programming within a clinical data environment.
✅ Technical Skills:
- Advanced SAS programming (Base SAS, SAS/STAT, SAS Macros).
- Knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM).
- Familiarity with data management applications and clinical databases.
✅ Soft Skills:
- Strong communication & stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently & in a team.
- Excellent time management & problem-solving skills.
