As part of Sanofi’s global Go-to-Market Capabilities (GTMC) transformation, the Content Editor – Omnichannel will play a pivotal role in strengthening scientific content strategy, SEO-optimized healthcare communication, and AI-enabled content frameworks.

About the Role – Content Editor (Omnichannel)
The Content Editor – Omnichannel will manage end-to-end scientific and promotional content development, including branded and unbranded assets. The role requires expertise in:
- Medico-marketing content creation
- Omnichannel campaign optimization
- SEO and SEM integration
- GenAI-assisted content refinement
- MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) compliance
The position supports global and local brand teams in executing modular content strategies and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Scientific & Marketing Content Development
- Create and review complex branded/unbranded pharmaceutical content
- Ensure scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance (MLR standards)
- Support modular content, retro-modularization, and localization
- Optimize content for SEO without compromising scientific integrity
2. Omnichannel Campaign Execution
- Develop content for websites (HCP & patient), social media, email campaigns, newsletters, banners, IVAs, and video articles
- Manage tagging, publishing, deployment, and dissemination
- Apply campaign analytics, CX insights, AI-powered tools, and digital platforms
3. GenAI & Content Innovation
- Review and refine AI-generated medical content
- Collaborate with prompt experts to enhance content outputs
- Integrate SEO keywords strategically
- Support Content Powerhouse and innovation initiatives
4. Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
- Work with GTMC pillars (Global, Local & Hub)
- Mentor junior editors and support capability building
- Liaise with graphic designers and cross-functional teams
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Similar Discipline
Experience
- 2–4 years in:
- Medico-marketing content
- Pharmaceutical digital content
- Omnichannel campaign development
- Healthcare marketing content
Technical Skills
- Creative storytelling in pharma domain
- Persona-based content derivatization

Salary (Estimated Range)
Based on current Hyderabad pharma digital content market standards:
₹9,00,000 – ₹14,00,000 per annum (CTC)
