Key Responsibilities (Across Roles)
- Manage and validate pharmaceutical commercial datasets (IQVIA, APLD, OneKey, LAAD, Xponent, SFMC)
- Ensure data availability, quality, consistency, and completeness
- Support forecasting, targeting, call planning, incentive compensation, and market mix
- Develop and maintain SOPs, business rules, metadata, and data quality frameworks
- Perform data profiling, cataloguing, governance, and stewardship
- Collaborate with US and global stakeholders across time zones
- Build automation tools and analytics solutions using SQL, Python, AWS, Databricks
- Refresh and QC reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
- Provide first-level support for sales, omnichannel, and MDM data
- Train end users and improve data literacy

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
- Advanced degree preferred: MBA / MSc / MTech / PhD in
Life Sciences, Statistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Decision Sciences
Experience & Skills
- Pharmaceutical sales & marketing data expertise
- Strong understanding of commercial operations & omnichannel analytics
- Tools & Technologies:
- AWS, Snowflake, Databricks
- SQL, Python, Informatica, Dataiku
- Power BI / Tableau / Qlik / Alteryx (plus)
- Strong knowledge of data governance, stewardship & quality
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in vaccines, claims data, or incentive compensation (plus)
