Key Responsibilities
As an Analyst – Field Analytics, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality analytics solutions that enhance sales and territory performance:
- Refresh and maintain field sales reports and dashboards
- Identify opportunities to improve BI reporting and visualization
- Design and manage Power BI dashboards for leadership decision-making
- Support territory optimization and sales force effectiveness initiatives
- Perform data analysis using SQL, Snowflake, and Excel
- Collaborate with Insights & Analytics, Marketing, and Commercial teams
- Ensure data accuracy, quality checks, and compliance with internal standards
- Contribute to automation, standardization, and analytics innovation
Required Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Information Science
- Statistics / Decision Sciences
- Engineering
- Business Analytics
- Operations / Management
- Life Sciences or related fields
Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in:
- Pharma commercial analytics
- Dashboard development
- Sales / field analytics
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in relational databases
- Hands-on experience with:
- Power BI
- SQL
- Snowflake
- Advanced Excel (VBA preferred)
- Python knowledge is an added advantage
- Experience with pharma datasets such as:
- IQVIA
- Symphony
- Veeva
- Salesforce
- Komodo (preferred)
