Key Roles & Responsibilities
As Global Head QMS, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing Sandozโs global quality management systems. Your core responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and improving the global QMS framework aligned with international regulations
- Driving standardization, harmonization, and simplification of quality processes
- Managing Global Quality IT systems roadmap and ensuring compliance with GxP standards
- Monitoring Key Quality Indicators (KQIs) and reporting quality performance
- Overseeing third-party quality systems and governance compliance
- Leading global QMS initiatives and ensuring successful implementation
- Conducting risk assessments and driving continuous improvement
- Managing and developing a high-performing global QMS team
Required Qualifications & Experience
To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or biological operations
- Strong knowledge of QA processes, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
- Deep understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Experience with Veeva systems (preferred)
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Experience working in international matrix organizations
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
