This opportunity is ideal for experienced QA leaders in the pharmaceutical or herbal formulation sector looking to contribute to a research-driven multinational organization based in Peenya, Bengaluru, Karnataka.
About the Role
As Manager – QA, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the highest standards of quality assurance in line with international regulations. The position involves leading quality systems, audits, and cross-functional collaborations to ensure product integrity and regulatory compliance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with cGMP, Schedule M, WHO-GMP, and AYUSH guidelines.
- Lead internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections; effectively manage CAPAs and ensure inspection readiness.
- Handle customer complaints, deviations, Out of Specification (OOS)/Out of Trend (OOT), change controls, and risk assessments.
- Partner with Production, QC, Regulatory, and R&D teams to support product quality and successful new product launches.
- Review and approve SOPs, Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs)/Batch Packaging Records (BPRs), validation documents, and other quality records.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc (Life Sciences or Chemistry)
Experience:
- 10–15 years in Quality Assurance within pharmaceutical and/or herbal formulation manufacturing.
This senior role demands strong expertise in GMP-regulated environments, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to quality challenges.
Salary and Benefits

For a Manager – QA position in Bengaluru’s pharmaceutical sector with 10-15 years of experience, the expected salary range is ₹15 Lakhs to ₹30 Lakhs per annum (based on market standards for similar roles in pharma/nutraceutical QA management).
