Roles and Responsibilities

Process R&D

• Conduct synthesis of peptides, SPPS, LPPS, ADC linkers
• Support API development and scale-up activities
• Maintain documentation and follow GMP guidelines

Analytical R&D (CDMO)

• Perform HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS, GC-MS analysis
• Develop and validate analytical methods
• Characterize structures and support process development

Process Engineering

• Handle technology transfer from lab to commercial scale
• Optimize manufacturing processes
• Ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards

Analytical R&D (Med Chem)

• Perform purification using Prep-HPLC and SFC
