Roles and Responsibilities
Process R&D
- Conduct synthesis of peptides, SPPS, LPPS, ADC linkers
- Support API development and scale-up activities
- Maintain documentation and follow GMP guidelines
Analytical R&D (CDMO)
- Perform HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS, GC-MS analysis
- Develop and validate analytical methods
- Characterize structures and support process development
Process Engineering
- Handle technology transfer from lab to commercial scale
- Optimize manufacturing processes
- Ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards
Analytical R&D (Med Chem)
- Perform purification using Prep-HPLC and SFC
- Support discovery and CRO-based research projects
Required Qualifications
- MSc in Organic Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry
- PhD (relevant specialization) for research roles
- B.Tech / M.Tech / PhD in Chemical Engineering for engineering roles
Experience Required
- MSc: 4 to 12 years
- PhD: 0 to 3 years (R&D roles)
- Engineering: 1 to 10 years depending on qualification
