Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain safety systems (Argus, ArisG, or similar platforms)
- Develop & optimize SQL/PL-SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and line listings
- Generate accurate safety outputs and regulatory reports for internal and client use
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure SLA compliance
- Support system upgrades, patches, and validation processes
- Collaborate with IT, vendors, and project teams for smooth integrations
- Maintain data integrity, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications
- Professional experience with safety/compliance systems (Argus, ArisG, or similar)
- Advanced skills in SQL and PL/SQL, including line listings and ad-hoc reporting
- Familiarity with API-driven or middleware integrations
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (GxP, Part 11)
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Pharmacy, or related fields
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to multiple clinical/safety systems beyond Argus/ArisG
- Understanding of BI tools (OBIEE, Cognos, or similar)
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and service desk tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
