📝 Key Responsibilities
Safety Science Coordinator I – Mumbai
- Process Expedited Safety Reports (ESRs) and Periodic Safety Reports (PSRs).
- Maintain adverse event tracking systems and project documentation.
- Assist in case intake, narrative writing, MedDRA coding, and listedness assessment.
- Submit safety reports to regulatory authorities, ethics committees, and clients.
- Perform peer/quality review and ensure compliance with SOPs & regulations.
- Train and mentor PSS Assistants.
Safety Science Analyst – Pune (Hybrid)
- Perform case intake and triage of incoming safety information.
- Assist in data entry, narrative writing, MedDRA coding, and query management.
- Support regulatory submissions and reconciliation of databases.
- Maintain supporting files and documentation for global reporting compliance.
- Collaborate across functional safety units to ensure accuracy and timelines.
🎓 Qualifications
- Degree in Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Sciences, Life Sciences or related.
- Experience:
- Coordinator I: 0–2 years (or relevant pharma/clinical experience).
- Analyst: 0–1 year (freshers with relevant degree may apply).
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of adverse event reporting and regulatory compliance preferred.
