• Database: LSMV (preferred), Argus acceptable

🧪 Key Responsibilities (Pharmacovigilance & Safety)

• Perform ICSR processing including triage, data entry, and case evaluation
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance of safety data
• Conduct MedDRA coding (events, medical history, drugs)
• Prepare narrative summaries for safety cases
• Identify and manage duplicate ICSRs
• Perform literature screening and signal detection activities
• Handle xEVMPD submissions and product record validation
• Maintain drug dictionaries and coding standards
• Support SPOR/IDMP activities
• Ensure proper documentation in TMF and PV system master files
• Participate in audits and regulatory inspections
• Follow ICH-GCP, GVP, and global safety regulations

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B.Pharm or M.Pharm only
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in PMS and spontaneous case processing
• Knowledge of pharmacovigilance workflows and safety databases
• Familiarity with Argus or LSMV systems
• Strong understanding of clinical trials (Phase II–IV)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
