🧪 Key Responsibilities (Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety)
- Monitor, triage, and route incoming safety information to relevant project teams
- Perform ICSR data entry and case tracking as per sponsor and regulatory guidelines
- Process Clinical Trial and Literature cases in safety databases
- Redact patient-identifiable data in compliance with ICH-GCP, GVP, and data privacy regulations
- Maintain accurate case files, tracking logs, and reconciliation records
- Support translation workflows for safety source documents
- Assist in query resolution, safety submissions, and daily workflow reconciliation
- Maintain working knowledge of SOPs, WIs, GVP modules, ICH guidelines, and global safety regulations
🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required
Educational Qualification
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / PharmD / BDS (Healthcare professional mandatory)
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on Pharmacovigilance experience
- Mandatory experience in full data entry / case processing
- Exposure to Clinical Trial (CT) and Literature cases preferred
Technical & Soft Skills
- Experience with safety databases (Argus, ArisG, etc. – preferred)
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and document management systems
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and fast-paced environments
