Key Responsibilities – Roche Analyst Jobs
As an Analyst at Roche GATE India, you will:
- Deliver end-to-end analytics projects for Roche and its global affiliates
- Process small and large secondary healthcare datasets to generate actionable insights
- Build advanced statistical and predictive models using modern analytics tools
- Analyze complex, unstructured business problems and translate them into analytical solutions
- Prepare and present high-quality reports, dashboards, and insights to global stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams
- Contribute to internal analytics initiatives and knowledge-sharing within the GATE team
- Stay updated with trends in the pharma, biotech, and healthcare analytics ecosystem
Eligibility & Qualifications
Candidates applying for the Roche Analyst role should have:
- 1–5 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or healthcare analytics
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and SQL
- Exposure to R, Python, or VBA (highly preferred)
- Understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
- Experience handling large-scale datasets with minimal supervision
- Exposure to Big Data tools such as Hadoop, Hive, or Spark (added advantage)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A learning-oriented mindset suitable for a fast-paced global environment
- Willingness to work from Chennai or Hyderabad offices

Estimated Salary Range (India):
₹8,00,000 – ₹18,00,000 per annum (based on experience and role level)
