Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Fellow to investigate the impact of chromosomal instability on cancer development. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals with a strong background in chromosome segregation, cell cycle, and cancer biology to contribute to groundbreaking research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to explore the relationship between chromosomal instability and cancer development.
  • Utilize molecular biology, cell biology, and cell culture techniques to perform experiments.
  • Analyze experimental data and contribute to result interpretation.
  • Collaborate effectively with other members of the laboratory team.
  • Present research findings at scientific meetings and assist in manuscript preparation.
  • Stay abreast of advancements in chromosomal instability and cancer biology.

Qualifications:

  • Recent PhD in molecular, cellular, or cancer biology.
  • Strong interest and expertise in chromosome segregation, cell cycle, and cancer biology.
  • Proficiency in molecular biology, cell biology (e.g., immunofluorescence, flow cytometry, time-lapse microscopy), and cell culture techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
