Lambda Research Accelerated, a Novum Pharmaceutical Research Services company, is seeking a highly skilled Research Scientist / Senior Research Scientist specializing in Analytical Science (CDMO) with expertise in Molecular Biology and Cell Line Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cloning-related activities using advanced molecular biology techniques.
- Lead cell line development for biosimilars, including:
- Monoclonal antibodies (mAbs)
- Bispecific antibodies
- Fusion proteins
- Antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs)
- Manage vendor coordination for laboratory supplies and equipment.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure seamless lab operations.
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments to support biopharmaceutical research.
This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in mammalian cell line development within biopharma, biotech, or contract research environments.

3. Eligibility Criteria
Required Qualifications:
- B.Tech / M.Sc / M.Tech in Biotechnology, Genetics, or Microbiology.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in:
- Mammalian cell line development
- Large-scale transient transfections
- Molecular biology techniques (cloning, PCR, etc.)
- Prior experience in biopharma, biotech, or CRO/CDMO settings is preferred.
