Job Description: Research Engineer (AI/ML in Healthcare & Life Sciences)
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on cutting-edge AI/ML research in Healthcare and Life Sciences, translating research into reusable assets.
- Develop and deploy deep learning models (NLP, Computer Vision, LLMs, ChatGPT, etc.) for biological sequence analysis.
- Utilize in silico techniques for drug discovery and genomic data analysis.
- Optimize HPC (High-Performance Computing) workflows for large-scale genome datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven solutions in cloud environments (GCP/AWS).
- Publish research findings in blogs, whitepapers, and top-tier ML conferences.
Must-Have Qualifications:
✅ Education: Master’s or PhD in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or related fields.
✅ Experience: 0-3+ years of ML research experience (open to fresh graduates with strong research backgrounds).
✅ Technical Skills:
- Strong foundation in ML concepts, mathematics, and statistics.
- Hands-on experience with NLP for biological sequences (DNA, RNA, proteins).
- Proficiency in TensorFlow/PyTorch and large-scale distributed training.
- Advanced Python programming skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS).
✅ Soft Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas through blogs, presentations, and publications.
