Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Data collection for IRIS (including quality monitors).
- Participating in clinical trials & studies conducted in ICUs.
- Consenting, randomizing, and monitoring study participants.
- Reporting adverse events and protocol deviations.
- Submitting monthly ICU statistics as required by the Critical Care Department.
- Assisting with academic submissions and research documentation.
- Typing and dispatching reports.
- Placing purchase orders & maintaining stock of chemicals and consumables.
- Maintenance and calibration of lab equipment at regular intervals.
- Maintaining QC and EQAS records.
- Handling additional tasks assigned by the Manager/Head of Department.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) or M.Tech in Molecular Medicine.
- 1+ years of experience in the healthcare/research sector.
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail for accurate data collection and reporting.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for patient and team coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple research tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated with medical research trends.
