Job Responsibilities
As a Research Associate at Lambda Therapeutic Research, you will contribute to cutting-edge bioanalytical and immunogenicity projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and Executing Experiments: Conduct pharmacokinetic (PK) and immunogenicity assessments using assays like ELISA and ligand-binding assays (LBA) to evaluate therapeutic compounds.
- Method Development and Validation: Develop and validate bioanalytical methods for detecting anti-drug antibodies (ADA) and neutralizing antibodies (NAb).
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze serum samples, interpret data, and prepare scientific reports for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure studies align with regulatory guidelines and assist in sponsor audits and regulatory submissions.
- Laboratory Maintenance: Maintain equipment, ensure data integrity, and adhere to quality control and safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Oversee critical reagents and consumables to support ongoing projects.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute immunogenicity and bioanalytical studies.
Qualifications and Competencies
To excel in these roles, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, or M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related fields.
- Experience: 0-2 years for Research Associate (Immunogenicity Team, Req ID: 1253); Fresher for Analyst role (Req ID: 1292).
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of ELISA, ligand-binding assays, and bioanalytical method validation. Familiarity with SOPs, data compilation, and root cause analysis is a plus.
