🧪 Key Responsibilities – Research Associate (Bioanalytical)

As a Research Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and validating bioanalytical methods using LC-MS/MS
• Processing and analyzing biological samples for assigned studies
• Operating, calibrating, and troubleshooting LC-MS/MS and other analytical instruments
• Preparing draft SOPs, method SOPs, and complying with system-specific procedures
• Ensuring compliance with GLP, OECD GLP principles, and 21 CFR Part 11
• Maintaining instrument logbooks, calibration records, and audit readiness
• Ensuring completion of mandatory SOP and system trainings before project initiation

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Required Education:

• M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc. (Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related)

Experience:

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in bioanalytical laboratory operations
• Strong exposure to LC-MS/MS method development and validation
• Working knowledge of GLP, OECD guidelines, and regulatory documentation
