Key Responsibilities
As a Research Associate I in R&D – Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL), your core responsibilities will include:
- Performing method validation, submission studies, and regulatory queries within defined timelines.
- Conducting testing and documentation of API, validation, stability, and product development samples.
- Operating and calibrating HPLC, GC, pH meters, Karl Fischer titrators, auto titrators, and other analytical instruments.
- Ensuring compliance with cGxP, ALCOA++, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Managing reference standards, reagents, and chemical inventory while ensuring shelf-life compliance.
- Preparing SOPs, standard documentation formats, and conducting risk assessments.
- Investigating deviations, non-compliances, and abnormal observations, ensuring corrective actions.
- Supporting analytical problem-solving, process improvements, and innovation initiatives.
- Staying updated on global regulatory requirements to ensure full compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related Life Sciences discipline.
- Strong knowledge of analytical techniques, instrumentation, and regulatory guidelines.
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, and wet chemistry techniques.
- Familiarity with ICH guidelines, cGMP, GLP, and regulatory documentation.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
