Piramal Pharma Solutions (PPS) is seeking a highly skilled Research Associate – Formulation Development to join their team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This role involves working on New Chemical Entities (NCEs), generic formulations, and line extension projects while ensuring compliance with GMP and GDP guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize formulations for solid oral dosage forms.
- Prepare and review literature summaries, development reports, and technical documents (MFC, BMR, BPR, Stability protocols).
- Supervise GMP batch manufacturing, process development, and scale-up activities.
- Ensure compliance with GxP (GMP, GDP) and train team members on best practices.
- Lead technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing sites.
- Manage Quality Management Systems (QMS), including change controls, deviations, SOPs, and OOS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients via meetings, emails, and reports.
Qualifications & Required Skills
- M. Pharm (Pharmaceutics)
- Strong experience in formulation development of solid oral dosage forms.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
