Qure.ai, a leading healthcare AI company, is hiring a Research Associate in Biostatistics & Clinical Research at its Mumbai office. This full-time role is ideal for professionals with strong biostatistics expertise and hands-on experience in clinical research, statistical analysis, and health data management. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to AI-driven diagnostic projects impacting millions globally.
Key Responsibilities
1. Biostatistical Support
- Perform sample size estimation, power calculations, and statistical analyses.
- Conduct regression modeling, survival analysis, and hypothesis testing.
- Evaluate diagnostic accuracy metrics such as sensitivity, specificity, PPV/NPV, AUC, Cohen’s kappa, ICC, and Bland–Altman plots.
- Develop and maintain statistical analysis plans (SAPs).
2. Research Design & Protocol Development

- Assist in designing observational, retrospective, prospective, and real-world evidence (RWE) studies.
- Draft study protocols, CRFs, SAPs, and IRB/IEC submissions.
- Support grant applications and study frameworks.
3. Literature Review & Evidence Synthesis
- Conduct structured literature reviews using PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science.
- Summarize evidence for manuscripts, annotated bibliographies, and study rationales.
4. Study Operations & Conduct
- Coordinate with clinical sites and internal teams for study execution.
- Ensure data quality, data cleaning, and compliance with protocols.
- Prepare dashboards and periodic study status reports.
5. Manuscript & Report Writing
- Draft manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and scientific presentations.
- Support publications using reporting guidelines (STROBE, CONSORT, TRIPOD).
- Assist in regulatory and technical report preparation.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Public Health, Epidemiology, Bioinformatics, or Health Data Science.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in clinical research and biostatistics.
- Proficiency in R, Python, STATA, or SAS; Excel, REDCap, SQL preferred.
- Strong knowledge of study designs, statistical methods, and medical literature evaluation.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience in AI-based healthcare studies, imaging datasets, or digital health projects.
- Exposure to multicenter research, global health, or RWE studies.
- Familiarity with lung health or oncology research.
