Lambda Therapeutic Research, a leading global CRO, is hiring a Research Associate – Bioanalytical Operations in Ahmedabad. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and validate bioanalytical methods as per project requirements.
- Process and analyze biological samples for assigned studies.
- Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot LC-MS/MS and other analytical instruments.
- Prepare method SOPs, draft procedures, and ensure compliance with protocol and system SOPs.
- Complete all mandatory trainings before initiating any activity.
- Implement GLP and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, including documentation, equipment labeling, and calibration tracking.
- Work strictly according to OECD GLP principles.
Required Qualifications
- M.Pharm / M.Sc / B.Pharm
- 3 to 5 years of experience in bioanalytical method development, LC-MS/MS operations, and regulated lab environments.
- Strong understanding of GLP, regulatory expectations, and bioanalytical workflows.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in LC-MS/MS handling and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of method validation parameters
- Strong documentation and compliance mindset
- Understanding of 21 CFR Part 11
- Ability to work under strict timelines in a regulated CRO setup
