This role offers hands-on exposure to HPLC, LC-MS, GC, and Preparative HPLC, and an opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge scientific research and discovery services.
Key Responsibilities
As a Research Associate at Syngene, you’ll play an active role in supporting analytical operations with precision and quality.

- Perform chemical analysis and documentation in line with SOPs.
- Conduct analytical method development using HPLC, LC-MS, GC, GC-MS, and Preparative HPLC.
- Prepare samples, manage autosampler loading, and perform data uploads in SAP.
- Approve identification tests (LC-MS, GC-MS, IR, NMR, SOR, MR, MC, UV).
- Ensure proper instrument calibration and maintain logs as per schedule.
- Comply with EHS and data integrity standards, maintaining lab safety and equipment hygiene.
- Support continuous improvement in analytical systems and documentation processes.
Educational Qualification
- M.Sc. in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry
- Experience: 0–3 years in analytical research or method development (freshers welcome)
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of analytical instruments.
- Familiarity with analytical method validation and documentation.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and safety-first mindset.
- Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
