This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a strong academic background in public health, health economics, or health policy, combined with hands-on experience in systematic reviews, HTA submissions, and payer archetypes.
Key Responsibilities
As a Research Analyst – Strategic Market Access (SLR Focus) at OPEN Health, you will:
- Conduct systematic, targeted, and structured literature reviews.
- Develop and execute database search strategies following PRISMA and Cochrane guidelines.
- Identify relevant evidence through primary and secondary screening.
- Extract, analyze, and summarize healthcare data for stakeholders.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Draft clear and concise reports, slide decks, and publications.
- Provide writing support for HTA submissions and HEOR publications.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth project execution.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s degree or higher in health policy, public health, health services research, health economics, or related fields.
- Prior experience in healthcare research, HEOR, or market access preferred.
- 1–2 authored manuscripts or poster presentations on systematic reviews desirable.
- Strong knowledge of HTA processes, payer archetypes, PRISMA guidelines, and Cochrane methodology.
- Proficiency with EndNote, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
