Job Description: Medical Data Entry Specialist (Patient Records)
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Review and annotate medical documents (patient records, clinical reports)
✔ Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, ICH, and GCP guidelines
✔ Handle ICD-10 and CPT coding for patient records
✔ Perform data validation and quality checks
✔ Work in US shift (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM IST)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharma / M.Pharma
- Experience: 1+ years in medical data entry, clinical data management, or healthcare documentation
- Mandatory: Prior night shift experience
- Skills Required:
- Knowledge of FDA/EMA/ICH-GCP regulations
- Familiarity with ICD & CPT codes
- Strong attention to detail
