Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Execution

  • Develop regulatory documents (protocols, amendments, ICFs, etc.)
  • Organize, write, and edit scientific content with accuracy and clarity
  • Ensure consistency across related documents
  • Coordinate expert reviews and finalize documents

2. Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead writing projects with timely, high-quality delivery
  • Communicate project status and mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

3. Knowledge & Skills Development

  • Stay updated on therapeutic areas, regulatory guidelines, and industry trends
  • Adapt to different document types and compounds

4. Knowledge Sharing

  • Mentor peers and share best practices
  • Contribute to process improvements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Health, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in regulatory/technical writing (pharma/healthcare preferred)
  • Strong communication, project management, and scientific writing skills
  • Must complete a writing exercise as part of the evaluation
