🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage minimum 2 regulatory writing projects per month
- Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients on assigned regulatory projects
- Coordinate with clients, cross-functional teams, and junior writers
- Prepare high-quality regulatory documents, including:
- Clinical Study Reports (CSRs)
- Clinical Protocols
- Investigator’s Brochures (IBs)
- Informed Consent Forms (ICFs)
- Clinical and regulatory summaries
- Review and quality-check deliverables prepared by Junior Medical Writers
- Incorporate sponsor and internal feedback with precision and regulatory accuracy
- Mentor, train, and guide junior writers for quality, compliance, and timelines
- Ensure strict adherence to ICH-GCP, regulatory guidelines, and internal SOPs
- Support Senior Medical Writers during annual SOP revisions
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in:
- Life Sciences
- Pharmacy
- Medicine
- Or related discipline
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in regulatory medical writing
- Strong understanding of:
- Clinical research processes
- ICH-GCP guidelines
- Global regulatory requirements
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple regulatory projects independently
- Prior experience mentoring junior medical writers is an advantage
