Responsibilities
As a Regulatory Associate at Colgate-Palmolive, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance for cosmetics, medical devices, home care, and medicinal products. Your key responsibilities include:
- Supporting new product registrations and life-cycle management for Colgate-Palmolive’s portfolio, including renewals, variations, and license applications.
- Assisting in implementing regulatory strategies defined at regional/global levels and reporting progress using KPIs.
- Collaborating with the Global Regulatory Operation team to compile high-quality submission dossiers.
- Preparing and submitting documentation to Competent Authorities for timely product approvals.
- Tracking and updating regulatory databases, technical files, and product archives.
- Monitoring Competent Authority websites for regulatory updates and assisting with artwork reviews.
- Contributing to regulatory training programs and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensuring accurate electronic archiving and compliance with local and regional regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in regulatory affairs, quality, or product development in pharmaceutical, medical device, or FMCG/CPG industries.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in India; familiarity with other hub countries is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, eCTD software, SAP, DMS, Adobe Acrobat, and regulatory databases.
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Preferred: Experience with medicinal products or medical devices and understanding of industry standards.
