Key Responsibilities

As an Executive – Regulatory Affairs at B. Braun India, you will:

  • Ensure compliance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act of India for all products and sites.
  • Manage submissions for licenses, variations, and renewals within strict timelines.
  • Review and prepare product dossiers for Indian regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a robust database and archive of all regulatory documents.
  • Supervise daily team activities, monitor timelines, and track approvals.
  • Act as the key contact for regulatory matters with local and global stakeholders.
  • Liaise with the supply chain for customs and inventory regulatory support.
  • Stay updated on global legislation and update practices accordingly.
  • Manage regulatory inspections and audits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in regulatory affairs (medical devices or pharma preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Indian regulatory frameworks and global guidelines.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams.
