Key Responsibilities

As an Executive – Regulatory Affairs at B. Braun India, you will:

Ensure compliance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act of India for all products and sites.
Manage submissions for licenses, variations, and renewals within strict timelines.
Review and prepare product dossiers for Indian regulatory requirements.
Maintain a robust database and archive of all regulatory documents.
Supervise daily team activities, monitor timelines, and track approvals.
Act as the key contact for regulatory matters with local and global stakeholders.
Liaise with the supply chain for customs and inventory regulatory support.
Stay updated on global legislation and update practices accordingly.
Manage regulatory inspections and audits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in regulatory affairs (medical devices or pharma preferred).
Strong knowledge of Indian regulatory frameworks and global guidelines.
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams.
