🔍 Role Overview
As a Regulatory Affairs Intern, you will support Philips India in managing regulatory requirements for medical devices, especially those covered under:
- PC-PNDT Act for pre-conception and pre-natal diagnostic equipment
- AERB regulations for radiation-based medical devices
You will track compliance processes at district/state levels and assist in streamlining Regulatory Affairs activities.
📝 Key Responsibilities
1. PC-PNDT Compliance Support
- Track state and district-level PC-PNDT approval processes
- Establish documentation and workflows for sale/supply/demonstration of regulated medical devices
2. AERB Regulatory Process Support
- Monitor and support approval processes under AERB guidelines
- Assist in ensuring compliance for radiation-related medical products
3. Regulatory Affairs Operations
- Consolidate and review compliance-related activities
- Support ongoing regulatory audits, documentation, and submissions for Philips India Ltd (Health Systems)

- Are currently pursuing Life Sciences or Biotechnology
- Can commit full-time (5 days/week) from September–December 2025
- Are based in Delhi NCR and can work 3 days onsite in Gurgaon
