Responsibilities

As a Regulatory Affairs Executive at Fast&Up India, you will play a pivotal role in managing the regulatory framework for cosmetic products. Key responsibilities include:

  • Application Preparation: Compile and submit applications for cosmetic registration via the SUGAM portal, ensuring compliance with the Cosmetics Rules, 2020.
  • Document Management: Gather, organize, and submit critical documents such as product specifications, testing methods, manufacturing licenses, and free sale certificates.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure all processes adhere to the Cosmetics Rules, 2020, and other relevant regulations, including ingredient compliance, product claims, and labeling details.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact with CDSCO officials, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to address queries and facilitate smooth application processing.
  • Application Follow-Up: Track application progress, address deficiencies, and respond to requests for additional information promptly.
  • Knowledge Maintenance: Stay updated on regulatory changes and guidelines related to cosmetic registration in India.
  • Quality Control: Ensure accuracy and completeness in all documentation submitted to CDSCO, maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
