Diversey – A Solenis Company is hiring a Regulatory Affairs & Compliance Analyst I for its Global Regulatory Affairs Service Center (GRASC) team in Mumbai, India. Key Responsibilities
As a Regulatory Affairs & Compliance Analyst I, you will:
- Author Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for multiple global geographies in line with applicable hazard communication regulations
- Perform hazard classification of substances and mixtures under GHS, CLP, and OSHA Hazard Communication Standard
- Conduct raw material, formulation, and finished product compliance reviews
- Manage SDS authoring software and ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory integrity
- Support product registrations, notifications, renewals, and compliance workflows
- Respond to regulatory queries from internal and external stakeholders within defined TATs
- Coordinate with SMEs and regulatory leads for complex or high-priority cases
- Maintain regulatory documentation and records as per defined formats
- Stay updated on the global chemical regulatory landscape and legislation
Qualifications & Experience
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline
- Experience in a corporate regulatory affairs or chemical compliance environment
- Strong working knowledge of GHS, SDS authoring, and chemical labeling requirements
- Experience with product registration and regulatory compliance activities
- Familiarity with global chemical regulations and hazard communication standards
Key Skills:
- Hands-on expertise in SDS and label authoring
- Strong analytical, documentation, and regulatory interpretation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to manage multiple regulatory tasks within tight deadlines
